Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky!!!
I’m thrilled about this book, and not just because the movie is coming out this year. I have very, very fond remembrances of this novel, as it was one of many that I read as a teen (yes, I’m young enough to have read this book as a teen when it first came out!).
Now, the dates are not entirely set for the book club, but it will likely be early October. Us Girls have already generated a lot of cool ideas about what we want to do to discuss this novel, but if there’s something you’d like to see us do, let us know! We’re always open to your awesome suggestions!
Just a tip – if you get your books from a public library, you may want to put this one on hold now. My local library had 70 holds for it and I just received it the other day!!
Can’t wait for this one!
