Occasional YA Book Club: The Perks of Being a Wallflower Discussion Day 1
Hey everyone! Hopefully you’ve been reading along with us these last two weeks for our Occasional YA Book Club! This time you lovely readers picked Stephen Chbosky’s coming-of-age novel (written WAY before coming-of-age novels were “cool”), The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
All five of us had different reactions to this book and we really want to discuss it with all of you. So this week, along with questions we’ll be Q&A’ing in posts, we also recorded videos where each of us Girls answers one discussion question in one minute. (So pardon us if we talk really quickly – this book has a lot going on!)

I think Charile’s reaction to Michael’s death is big, but let’s not forget about the underlaying issue of Charlie’s aunt and the buried repercussions of that too.
