This is exactly what we did today. Hoping to put in a small butterfly garden this weekend.

timely books. i am going to check them out. we are in the middle of small garden upkeep right now. My son loves to go pick the (tiny) strawberries that appear sporadically.

A great fiction pairing for these books would be Kevin Henkes new book: MY GARDEN. My 3-year-old loves it. He is always talking about planting a jellybean tree :)

  3. @Stacey – I can’t wait to check out that book. Thanks for the suggestion!
